Geneva and Zurich, Switzerland – We are starting new projects, plus ramping-up existing projects – Ediscovery Document Analysts
We have a continuous need for attorneys, jurists, paralegals and linguists with a combination of finance, business, and accounting backgrounds to assist with several internal audit review projects in Switzerland.
The details are as follows:
- The client is seeking Swiss-based candidates who are either Swiss citizens, citizens of EU/EEA member states, or Swiss/B-C Permit holders.
- You must be completely fluent in English AND at least one of French, German, Italian or Spanish.
- You will operate under a Swiss fixed-term contract and the hourly rate will be dependent on your experience and background.
- Unfortunately the client is not providing a lodging/per diem allowance for these projects.
- Also, under Swiss labour laws, you will receive health insurance coverage, a vacation allowance and pension credits.
- These projects involve document review and analysis support for internal and external audits.
- Your work will require reviewing and coding electronic entries using various information technology tools, based on instructions and supporting documentation.
Your profile:
- Attorneys, jurists and paralegals: the language capabilities noted above; experience with eDiscovery/eDisclosure technology tools is desired but not essential as training will be provided.
- Linguists:university degree in the areas of financing, accounting or business, or any university degree with experience within those areas is desired, together with the language capabilities noted above; experience with eDiscovery/eDisclosure technology tools is also desired but not essential as training will be provided.
- Please note that all candidates must have a high level of proficiency in MS Word and Excel, and all candidates must have demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.

We have a continuous need for Ediscovery Consultants, Forensic Litigation Specialists, Technology Consultants and Data Compliance Analysts to assist with several internal audit review projects in Switzerland.
The details are as follows:
- The client is seeking Swiss-based candidates who are either Swiss citizens, citizens of EU/EEA member states, or Swiss/B-C Permit holders.
- You must be completely fluent in English and ideally one of following languages: French, German, Italian or Spanish.
- You will operate under a Swiss fixed-term contract and the hourly rate will be dependent on your experience and background.

Desired Skills:
- Provide proactive and accurate end to end support on all eDiscovery projects.
- Knowledge of eDiscovery or Computer Forensic processes or tools.
- Effectively manage projects throughout the entire eDiscovery process as outlined in the EDRM.
- Experience with eDiscovery and forensic tools such as EnCase, X-Ways, Nuix, Brainspace and Relativity.
- Knowledge of script languages such as C#, Python and PowerShell.
- Conduct basic forensic analysis tasks including data recovery.
- Quality control/assurance of e-discovery work product.
- Identification of anomalous behavior in large e-discovery datasets.
- Ability to diagnose these issues, and provide well thought out solutions.
- Experience with search technologies and tools, such as SQL Server or DT Search notation.
- Process and pre-filter client data using in house processing tool. (Specifics to include: Metadata/Text Extraction; TIFF Conversion; Exception Handling/Quality Control; Export to Load files).
- Manipulate data. (Specifics to include: Perform data normalization, global edits, overlay or merge data into existing records; conversion from one database format to another).
- Process and pre-filter client data using in house processing tool. (Specifics to include: Metadata/Text Extraction; TIFF Conversion; Exception Handling/Quality Control; Export to Load files).
