Geneva and Zurich, Switzerland – we are starting new projects, plus ramping-up existing projects

We have a continuous need for attorneys, jurists, paralegals and linguists with a combination of finance, business, and accounting backgrounds to assist with several internal audit review projects in Switzerland.

The details are as follows: 

  • The client is seeking Swiss-based candidates who are either Swiss citizens, citizens of EU/EEA member states, or Swiss/B-C Permit holders (for non-Swiss and non-EU based candidates see below.
  • You must be completely fluent in English AND at least one of French, German, Italian or Spanish.
  • You will operate under a Swiss fixed-term contract and the hourly rate will be dependent on your experience and background.
  • Unfortunately the client is not providing a lodging/per diem allowance for this project. However, we know that based on our past Switzerland recruitment there are a number of you who have access to Geneva/Zurich accommodation.
  • Also, under Swiss labour laws, you will receive health insurance coverage, a vacation allowance and pension credits.
  • These projects involve document review and analysis support for internal and external audits.
  • Your work will require reviewing and coding electronic entries using various information technology tools, based on instructions and supporting documentation.

Your profile:

  • Attorneys, jurists and paralegals: the language capabilities noted above; experience with eDiscovery/eDisclosure technology tools is desired but not essential as training will be provided.
  • Linguists:university degree in the areas of financing, accounting or business, or any university degree with experience within those areas is desired, together with the language capabilities noted above; experience with eDiscovery/eDisclosure technology tools is also desired but not essential as training will be provided.
  • Please note that all candidates must have a high level of proficiency in MS Word and Excel, and all candidates must have demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.

NOTE FOR NON-SWISS-BASED CANDIDATES: this project is not open to U.S. barred attorneys or anyone who is a U.S. resident. It is open only to EU/EFTA nationals resident in EU/EFTA member states who have no U.S. connection. This is due to the sensitive nature of the investigations.

Prague, Czech Republic – looking for Czech qualified lawyers for immediate project

We have an immediate need for Czechoslovakian qualified lawyers with an active registration at the Czech Bar to assist with document review projects in Prague.

The details are as follows:

  • You must be completely fluent in both Czech and English.
  • Please note that you must be actively registered as an Attorney at the Czech Bar.
  • This project involves document analysis for an internal investigation using Relativity as the eDiscovery technology tool. Previous experience with this technology is useful but not required as initial training would be provided.
  • We are seeking citizens of the UK or EU/EEA member states.
  • You will operate under a sub-contractor agreement.
  • Please note that all candidates must have a high level of proficiency in MS Word and Excel, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Travelling and lodging would be provided for those coming from outside the Czech Republic.
  • Competitive hourly rate.
  • Length of the project: 1-3 months (40+ hours per week).
